Profit Unit Shares
At the end of each calendar year, we put a portion of our profits into a pool to give to our plan participants. Each unit will be assigned a value based on the amount in the pool divided by the number of units in the program. Units accrue based on actual production written. Your units will accumulate every year with NO LIMIT to the units you can earn, and you continue to get paid on past production. Bottom line, you continue to build our business, we�ll continue to invest in your business!

Marketing Unit Shares
Boost your bottom line with marketing units. Offset or fully play for your marketing expenses by placing your business with us, and your marketing units continue to progressively accumulate with increased production.
